Before joining Healthfundr, Sean was a securities attorney representing boards of directors, corporations, and others in complex securities and business litigation. He was a trial team member in a multi-billion dollar lawsuit defending a broker dealer. Sean has also worked at startup software companies developing and managing marketing programs, field/channel sales strategies, and products.

Sean received his B.A. from BYU and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota where he graduated magna cum laude and was a managing editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. He also has a certificate in International & European Law from the Université Jean Moulin in Lyon, France. He also takes almost everyone that visits him in Dallas mountain biking just to prove you can mountain bike in Texas.
