I am an associate in the transactional section at Vela Keller PC. I advise and counsel startups, entrepreneurs, established businesses, and investors with an emphasis on crowdfunding, capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, general business transactions, entity formation, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining VK, I was a corporate associate at Locke Lord and a member of the inaugural class of the Dallas Entrepreneur Center Ambassadors Program. 

I received my law degree from Notre Dame Law School in 2012, where I was elected to the Student Bar Association and served as an Admissions Ambassador. Prior to law school, I obtained my BA in Political Science from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. After graduating from Colgate, I sold server and storage solutions for Dell and worked for a real estate investment company.
